Pentadyne Names a New COO
With almost 30 years of experience in operations, Richard Newark is joining the executive ranks at Pentadyne Power Corp as the new chief operating officer.
Newark comes to the role from a management position with Wolverine Advanced Materials, which was preceded by a period involved with a joint venture between Ford Motor Co and ZF Friedrichshafen, AG, where he instituted Lean manufacturing systems.
He has worked extensively with Six Sigma quality and Lean manufacturing processes, new product launches, product development, organizational development, and continuous improvement, according to the company.
Pentadyne is a commercial manufacturer of clean energy storage systems using advanced composite flywheel technology.
