Radlink Names New President
Radlink Inc has promoted Luke Huang from executive engineer to company president. In his new role, Huang will report to chairman and CEO Thomas Hacking.
Richard Gerlach, who founded the company and most recently served as president, will assume the title of founder and Distinguished Scientist. Gerlach, who suggested Huang for the job as president, will remain active on Radlink's board of directors.
With almost 20 years of experience in system and software product development, Huang was instrumental in the maturation of Radlink's CR Pro imaging system, as well as with the conception and development of the company's Pro Imaging products and integrated solutions.
Before joining Radlink, Huang worked extensively and consulted in the medical imaging and biomedical informatics industries, helping to implement and manage total solutions for PACS and genetic data mining and analysis. He also has developed innovative DICOM storage appliance products serving in both managerial and engineering roles as manager and software and systems architect.
