ETIAM Releases a New Version of its HIS-to-DICOM Broker
The latest version of WillB from ETIAM makes the product scalable to more configurations, addressing a variety of installations and needs.
Version 1.06 operates from a Web interface, enabling operators to create a study order and a patient encounter, including the identifiers, when a message has not been received from the information system. Users then have the option of forwarding this information to a third destination, such as a PACS.
Modalities that do not support the DICOM worklist service are integrated into the workflow through a mechanism that generates barcodes automatically.
