 AMICAS Shows Off its RadStream and Vision Reach Products
AMICAS Inc hits the exhibition floor with two new innovations: the Vision Reach (shown here) and RadStream.
RadStream automates workflow and communication through the entire radiology experience with such features as the patent-pending "operator concept," which automates communications with referring physicians to increase the radiologist's productivity and decrease medical legal risk associated with communicating and documenting positive results.
The company's Vision Reach integrates the radiology report with key images to create a single "multimedia" report for referring physicians. The tool includes a sophisticated instant messaging system that employs e-mail and secure channels to proactively "push" images, reports, and information to any e-mail-enabled device.
