Medical X-Ray Center Chooses BridgeWave

Medical X-Ray Center has partnered with BridgeWave Communications to extend high-speed network connectivity to its remote sites.

Using the BridgeWave AR60 and AR80 gigabit wireless links, the recently deployed system ensures seamless, secure access to an all-digital PACS and customized patient treatment plans.

Medical X-Ray Center is a radiology center serving hospitals and clinics throughout South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa. The business is one of only three accredited radiation oncology facilities in a five-state region.

In addition to meeting the HIPAA compliance requirements and satisfying the current usage demands, BridgeWave's Gigabit Ethernet links also provide the organization with room to grow without any concern about bandwidth limitations or any lingering performance or interference problems, according to Medical X-Ray Center.
