PACS Installed at Medical Imaging Group Location

Grant Regional Health Center will use the Medical Imaging Group LLC (Annapolis, Md), a systems integrator, to facilitate the installation of an Avreo workflow solution for radiology, which effectively eliminates its use of film. Grant Regional is part of the Rural Wisconsin Hospital Co-Op.

Along with the Avreo PACS, the facility will put in place an on- and off-site secure DICOM storage solution from InSiteOne.

Once the new applications are functioning, all DICOM modalities at Grant Regional—including ultrasound, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and CR—will use InSiteOne's InDex service for all of the 10,000 exams performed annually.
