LFS Companies Acquire Technology in Medicine

Linc Facility Services (LFS) and its family of companies recently acquired Technology in Medicine (TiM), a regional provider of medical equipment maintenance management services.

TiM provides contracted clinical engineering and technology management services to hospitals, health care systems, and alternative care facilities in the New England and mid-Atlantic regions. The company services clinical technology throughout the health care enterprise.

Under published terms of the agreement, TiM will be added to the LFS commercial division. The company will continue to operate as TiM, adding "A Linc Facility Services Co" to all branding.

LFS is a business unit of The Linc Group, based in Irvine, Calif.
