Medison's New Ultrasound Includes ‘Smart Software’
The SonoAce X8 from Medison America Inc, boasts a high-resolution, 17-inch LCD mounted on an articulated arm.
Slated to be on the market within the first half of 2007, the multimodality ultrasound system can be employed for abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, vascular, or cardiac exams. SonoAce X8 features include high-resolution 3D imaging, live 3D, 3DXI, full-spectrum imaging, dynamic MR, and spatial compound imaging.
Users interact with an intuitive console, able to modify system controls with protocols already designed into the SonoAce X8. The system is equipped with four independent-swivel wheels to make smooth moves possible.
